HomeMy WebLinkAbout938477 PROMISSORY NOTE 000762 $70,000.00 May 1, 2008 FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promise to pay to the order of Donald Cribb ins the principal sum of Seventy Thousand and n0l100 Dollars ($70,000.00) together with interest thereon at the simple interest rate of six percent (6%) per annum. Full payment shall by payable at the following address: PO Box 3097, Alpine, WY 83128, or such other address as may be provided by the holder hereof. I ~.¡. "--" The principal and interest hereunder ($70,000.00) shall by payable in one payment being due and payable on May 1, 2010. If any payment required by this Note is not paid when due, or if any default under any mortgage securing this Note occurs, the Note Holder shall be entitled to collect all reasonable costs and expense of collection and/or suit, including, but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees. The undersigned reserve the right to prepay the principal sum in full or in part at any time and from time to time without premium or penalty of any kind. Any partial payment made shall be credited first to accrued interest and the balance to principal in the inverse order when due. In the event the undersigned fail to pay the amount as due, the holder hereof, unless such default is corrected within thirty (30) days following written notice of such default delivered to the undersigned, shall have the option to declare the unpaid principal sum and interest immediately due and payable. Such notice shall be delivered in person or may by delivered by depositing same in the U.S. Mail, postage prepaid. If the indebtedness represented hereby, or any part thereof, by collected at law, or in equity, bankruptcy, receivership, or other court proceedings, or if this promissory note by place in the hands of an attorney for collection, whether or not suit is necessary, the undersigned agree to pay hereon, all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.
