grantor of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS in the manner set forth below to:
Gannett Peak Partners Limited Liability Company,
a Wyoming Limited Liability Company,
grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 3127, Jackson, WY 83001 the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,. hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Part of Section 12, Township 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast comer of said Section 12 and running thence north 856 feet; thence
west 407.1 feet; thence south 856 feet; thence east 407.1 feet to the point of beginning.
NOTE: This serves to correct the acknowledgement of that certain Warranty Deed recorded on
June 16, 1995, Book 369PR, Page 622 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk and; Correct the
vesting name of that certain Corrective Warranty Deed recorded February 14,2005 at Receiving No.
906434 Book 578 Page 755 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
