Kelly Heiner and Debra Heiner, husband and wife, of Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming,
GRANTORS, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars and Other Good and Valuable Consideration,
in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM TO:
Kelly R. Heiner and Debra R. Heiner, Trustees of the Heiner Living Trust, dated
March 13,2008, and any amendments thereto,
whose address is 2407 County Road 122, Thayne, Lincoln County, and the State of Wyoming,
GRANTEES, all of our right, title and interest, including after-acquired title, in and to the following
