Cox dated the 1st day of October, 1998, LaVerne J. Cox having become deceased on September 1, 2001, and Elson R. Cox having become deceased on September 3, 2001, of Cokeville, Lincoln County, WyOming, in consideration of Ten and no/100 Dollats ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto Stephen E. Cox and Mary Ann Cox, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of PO Box 430, Cokeville, WY 83114, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as he has or ought to Wyoming, to-wit: have, in or to all the following described premises, in the Co of Lindoln, State of The LOTS NUMBERED ONE (1) and TWO (2) of the BLOCK NUMBERED NINE (9) of the Town of Cokeville, County of Lincoln State of Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds. Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. SUBJECT, however, to all easements, reservations, restrictions and rights- of-way of sight, record or in use. October 3, 2001. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Stephen E.
