KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That June LaNae Jensen, of Afton, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, Grantor, in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other ~ood
and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims a on6-
fourth (1/4) interest to Troy Nield, a one-fourth (1/4) interest to Trina Lancaster, a one-fourth (1/4)
interest to Toby Nield, and a one-fourth (1/4) interest to Tara Erickson, as tenants in common,
Grantees, of 601 Lincoln Street, Afton, WY 83110, all right, title, interest, property. possession,
claim and demand in or to all the following described premises located in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to~wlt:
All lands described in that certain Trustees Quitclaim Deed dated November 30,
2005, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on December 23,
2005, in BookSOa, page 147, more particularly described as follows:
The property is more fully described on the attached Exhibit "A" and by this
reference made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
