For ten dollars ($10.00), and other valuable consideration, cash in hand paid, Chevron
Mining Inc" f/k/a The Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Co" a Missouri corporation, 116
Inverness Drive East, Suite 207, Englewood, CO 80112, ("Grantor"), hereby conveys to
Lincoln County School District #1, having an address of P,O, Box 335, Diamondville, WY
83116-0335 ("Grantee"), the surface only of the following described real estate, together with all
improvements located thereon, lying in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,:
Parcel A
A parcel of land being a remnant parcel in an unplatted portion of the City of
Kemmerer and being part of Tracts 52 and 53 and Section 23 of the resurvey ofT,
21N" R. 116W., of the 6th P.M, City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
Commencing at Corner No, 3 of Tract 50 where is found a standard U,S,G, L.O,
brass cap from which Corner No, 4 of Tract 50 bears S 0° 0'10"E, 2637.30 feet.

beginning being a point on the south or west right of way boundary of Canyon

curve to the right.

that particular parcel of land conveyed to Lincoln County School District No, 1 as

County Clerk's Office, Said parcel herein referred to as the Middle School
Parcel.
Thence N 89° 59'33"E, 470,01 feet (N 90° OO'OO"E, 470,00 feet record) to the
southeast comer of said Middle School Parcel. Said point also being a point on
the west boundary line of that particular parcel ofland conveyed to Lincoln
County School District No, 1 as described and recorded in book 74 PR on page
521 on file in said Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Said parcel herein after
referred to as the High School Parcel;

of said High School Parcel;

Office, Said parcel herein after referred to as the Lillian Harrower parcel;

Commencing at comer number 3 of Tract 50 where is found a standard

of 72.40 feet to the Point of Beginning, Said point of beginning being a point on
a curve to the left of the south right of way boundary of Canyon Road easement;
Thence 233,90 feet along the arc of said curve to the left of said south right of
way boundary to its intersection with the east boundary line of that particular
parcel of land conveyed to Lillian E. Harrower as described and recorded in Book
164 PR on page 306 on file in the Lincoln County Clerk's office, Said parcel
herein after referred to as the Lillian Harrower parcel. Said curve to the left
having a central angle of23°43'44" a radius of564,78 feet and a chord of232.24
feet which bears N 45°54'59"W;
Thence N 8° 11 '54"E (N 8° 11 '59"E record), 214,14 feet to the northeasterly
most comer of said Lillian Harrower parcel;
Thence N 71 ° 48'19"W (N 71 °48'01"W record) along the north boundary line of
said Lillian Harrower parcel 242,69 feet to the intersection of the southerly
boundary line of that particular parcel of land conveyed to Lincoln County School
District #1 as described and recorded in book 74 PR on page 521 on file in the
Lincoln County Clerk's office.
Thence N 89° 58'44"E (N 90° OO'OO"E record) along the south boundary of said
School District #1 parcel a distance of 366,67 feet to a point on the east boundary
line of said Tract 52 and the west boundary line of the Canyon Road Addition to
the Town of Diamondville;
Thence S 0°01' 19"E (S 0° 17' 52"W record) along the west boundary line of said
Canyon Road Addition a distance of 449.44 feet to the point of beginning,
Said parcel contains 1.44 acres more or less.
