QUITCLAIM DEED

Trina Lancaster, Grantor, whose address is 109 Allred Road, Afton, WY 83110, for and in
consideration of ten dollars ($10,00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, conveys and forever quit claims to Eugene Jensen and June
LaNae Jensen, Grantees, Husband and Wife, whose address is PO Box 1059, Afton, WY 83120
and their assigns forever, the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln
and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Secôon 36,
Township 32 North Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that
tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 283 of
Photostaôc Records on page 130, described as follows:

corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence North
89°48'36" East, 488.50 feet, along the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the

thence South 89°48'36" West, 488.50 feet, along a line parallel with said North line,
to a point; thence North 00°11'24" West, 208.71 feet, to the SPIKE OF
BEGINNING.
