McBride n/k/a Tamara Sue Beenken, trustee of the Tammy McBride Living Trust dated December 4, 2006, Grantor, whose mailing address is PO Box 6863, Jackson, Wyoming 83002 and whose physical address is 16 Barberry Way, Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming for and in consideration of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, conveys and warrants to Tamara Sue Beenken, Trustee, or her successors in trust, under the Tamara Sue Beenken Living Trust dated December 4, 2006, for the benefit of Tamara Sue Beenken and her heirs, Grantee, whose mailing address is PO Box 6863, Jackson, Wyoming 83002 and whose physical address is 16 Barberry Way, Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming the following described real estate: 1) Lot 45 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof 2) Lot 46 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof 3) Lot 47 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof 4) Lot 48 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof 5) Lot 49 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof 6) Lot 55 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements, and rights-of-way of record. Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon. Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantor warrants the title TAMARA SUE BEENKEN WARRANTY DEED PAGE 1 OF 2 RECEIVED 5/1/2008 at 10:25 AM RECEIVING # 938629 BOOK: 693 PAGE: 404 JEANNE WAGNER LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY 000405 thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record. Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state. This deed corrects the name of the Grantee outlined in the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 647, Page 153 as Receiving No. 926321 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming. The original Grantor, Tammy McBride, transferred the property to herself as trustee of the Tammy McBride Living Trust dated December 4, 2006. Since that date, Tammy McBride married, changed the name of the Trust and changed her name. Consequently, the she executed this Corrective Warranty Deed to reflect the same.
