Combs, as joint tenants, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto Brandon M. Combs, a married man, whose address is 209 Mica Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit: Lots 3 and 4 of the Willow Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat no. 196 of the records of Lincoln County Clerk ALSO, a parcel of land being a portion of Lot 2 of Block 6 of the Willow Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat no. 196 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk; and being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence N04°38'E, along the easterly boundary line of said lot 2, a distance of 73.4 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence continuing N04°38'E, along said easterly boundary of said Lot 2, a distance of 66.6 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence N85°22'W, along the northerly boundary line of said Lot 2, a distance of 3.35 feet; thence S4°29'24'W, along the center partition wall of a garage and then along a north-south running fence line separating the driveway, a distance of 69.56 feet; thence N51 °42'E, a distance of 4.34 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING ALSO, a parcel of land being a portion of Lot 2 of Block 6 of the Willow Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat no. 196 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk; and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said Lot 2, where is found a 5/8" diameter rebar with aluminum CCI survey cap; , thence N04°38'E, along the east boundary of said Lot 2, a distance of 73.4 feet; thence S51 °42'W, a distance of 4.34 feet to a point on a north-south fence line; thence S4°29'24'W, along said north-south fence line a distance of 70.45 feet to a pOint on the southerly boundary line of said Lot 2; thence S85°22'E, along said southerly boundary line of said Lot 2, a distance of 3,0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING Subject, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-way of record, of sight or in use.
