Chauncey Riddle Family Trust of 1146 Birch Lane, Provo, UT, 84604 does hereby
certify that mortgage bearing the date of August 3,2007, made and executed by Russell
E. Reinhart and Charlotte B. Neel-ReiIÙ1art, as mortgagor(s) to Richard L. Treth'eway,
Trustee .of Chauncey Riddle Family Trust of 1146 Birch Lane, Provo, UT, 84604 as
mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment
of $50,000.00 as therem stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyommg, on
August 6, 2007, in Book 668 PR, Page 95 mortgaging the following described real
estate in said County, to wit:

released, and discharged and in consJderation thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
