RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of July 17,
2006, and executed by Lyle Ricky Aagard and Julie H. Aagard, Husband and Wife, a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $63,000.00,
mortgage was recorded in the office ofthe Lincoln County Clerk and ex-officio Registered Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 18th day of July, 2006, in Book # 626 of Mortgages, at
Page # 659 as document number # 920348 and pertaining to the following described real estate in
said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this .Î() .¡.¡, day of

corporation.
