THIS Agreement made and entered into of the date written below is by and between Lois R. Mize,
Trustor and Successor-Trustee ofthe Mize Family Trust Agreement dated November 14,1984,
P. O. Box 1618, La Jolla,CA 92038, party of the first part, hereinafter called Assignor, and Mize
International, LLC, 7502 High Avenue, La Jolla, CA 92307, party ofthe second part, hereinafter
called Assignee.
NOW THEREFORE for and in consideration of Ten and more DoUars ($10,00). the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged Assignor, herein hereby assigns, conveys, sells,
transfers, and sets unto Assignee all of its right, title and interest in and to the Three-Tenths of One
Percent (.3%) overriding royalty interest, located in Lincoln County, Wyoming. being more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:

This tract participates in the Wilson Ranch Unit Participating Area.
This Assignment shall be construed as applicable to all of oil, gas and casinghead gas produced,
saved and marketed, as an overriding royalty, free and clear of any costs and expenses of the
development and operation thereof, excepting taxes applicable to said interest and production,
therefrom, from the land described herein, including all unit production and production from
participating area allocated to said lands.
And for the same consideration the undersigned covenant with the Assignee its heirs and assigns that
the Wldersigned is the lawful'owner of and has good title to the interest herein assigned.
Assignor agrees to execute such further assurance that may be requisited for complete enjoyment for
the rights herein granted.
