KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that PHILLIP R. JORGENSEN
and EVA K. JORGENSEN, a joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, of P.O. Box 352,
Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to PHILLIP R. JORGENSEN and EV A
K. JORGENSEN, TRUSTEES of the Phillip R. & Eva K. Jorgensen Family Trust dated April
26, 2008, of P.O. Box 352, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTEES, and their successors and
assigns, the following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot Twenty-Three (23) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Two (2), as platted and recorded
in the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with all buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to any easements, covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, or
rights-of-way of record, of sight, or in use.
