BEOINNJNG at a point South 00°40' East, 836.44 feet, fÌ'om the North One-Quarter comer of said
Section 3, as described in the Certified Land Comer Recordation Certificate, filed in the said Office;
thence South 88°54.2' East, 199.02 feet, to a point; thence South 01 °05.5' West, 291.45 feet, to a fence
