KNOW ~L ~N BY T~SE P~SENT:
That ~, the undersigned, ~ WESTON and HOLLY WESTON, husband & wife,
("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consi deration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower V~ley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of~on
and Jackson, Wyo~ng and to its successors and assigns, ("~antees"), a pe~etual easement and fleet
of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the
electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained
under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in L~COLN County, State of WYO~G ~ong
a line described as follows, to wit:
BErG a part of the SW1/4 NWl/4 of Section 19, T32N, Rll8W, 6~n P.M., in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more particularly de¢cribed as follows:
BEGINNING East 50 feet from the N 1/16 of said Section 19.
Thence East 151 feet to a transformer location.
Thence South 25 feet to a meter location.
EASEMENT to include 10 feet on each side of described line.
Together with all necessaW and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench tut the location and repair of s~d facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shmbbew, undergro~h or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the
facilities. The Grantor ac~owledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (E~) are natur~y occu~ng
in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that E~ testing and
information is available upon request from the ~antee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and
other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the ~antee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by vi~ue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
