Properties, LLC, and Venture Hol 'ngs, LLC, as mortgagor to Kevin D. and Janice F.
Hyde Family Trust, dated 21 June 2001, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of five hundred forty one thousand two
hundred and fifty dollars ($541,250.00) as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded
in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming on the 18th day of October, 2007 in Book 675 at page 901, mortgaging
the following described real estate in Lincoln County, to-wit:
