which Mortgage is of record in Book No. 619 at Page 227 recorded on May 9, 2006, as
Receiving No. 918158 of Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, together with
note or notes therein described or referred to, the money due and to become due thereon, with
interest, and all rights accrued or to accrue under said Mortgage.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Assignee, its successor and assigns, forever,
subject only to the terms and conditions of the above-described Mortgage.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Assignor has executed this Assignment of
