under the Laws of the State of North Dakota).
DOES HEREBY RELEASE, the property hereafter described, but only the
property hereafter described, from the lien of that certain mortgage made by THE
EXECUTIVE HANGARS, LLC as Mortgagor to, CORNERSTONE BANK, as
Mortgagee dated May 9,2007 and filed May 14,2007 as Document No. 929333 Book
657, Pg 823 and a Mortgage dated July 3, 2007 and filed July 9, 2007 as Document No.
931038 Book 664, Pg. 788 with the Lincoln County Recorder in the State of Wyoming.
The property released from the lien of the mortgage is described as follows:
Hangar 5, The Executive Hangars Condominiums Identical with Lot 48 Alpine Village
Subdivision No. I Plat 2 Amended within NW1I4 of Section 19, T37N, R118W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof recorded November 13, 1973
on Document No. 451666
The property hereby releases is discharged from the lien of the Mortgage, but the rest of
the property described in the Mortgage above-specified, remains as security.
