I, Alvin L. Robinson, being first duly sworn upon my oath depose and state as follows:
1. That I am a joint Trustee named in the Alvin and Alice Robinson Family Trust dated
April 70, 1997.
2. That on August 18, 2006 in Book 630PR on page 668 of the records of Lincoln
County Clerk was recorded a Quitclaim Deed from Alvin L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson to Alvin
L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson, Trustees of the Alvin and Alice Robinson Family Trust dated
December 1, 1999 conveying the following described land:
Beginning at a the Southwest corner of Lot 2 of Block 3 of the Townsite of Afton and
running thence North 145 feet; thence East 330 feet; thence South 15 feet; thence East 100
feet; thence South 130 feet; thence West 440 feet to the point of beginning.
3. That on August 18, 2006 in Book 630PR on page 667 of the records of Lincoln
County Clerk was recorded a Quitclaim Deed from Alvin L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson to Alvin
L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson, Trustees of the Alvin and Alice Robinson Family Trust dated
December 1, 7999 conveying the following described land:

Part of Lot 1 of Block 3 of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming described as
follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 1 and running thence east 740 feet; thence
south 200 feet; thence west 140 feet; thence north 200 feet to the point of beginning.
ALSO
Part of Lot 2 of Block 3 of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming described as
follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 2 and running thence West 165 feet; thence
South 785 feet; thence East 165 feet; thence North 185 feet to the point of beginning.
See Paragraphs 4 and 5 attached as Exhibit A.
6. The Quitclaim Deeds conveying the property to the trust referenced an incorrect date
of the trust as required by W.S. 34-2-722 (1977). The date of the Trust is April 10, 7997.

4. That on April 15, 1997 in Book 396PR on page 63 of records of Lincoln
County Clerk was recorded a Quitclaim Deed from Alvin L. Robinson and
Alice L. Robinson to Alvin and Alice Robinson Family Trust conveying the
following described land:
Beginning at a the Southwest corner of Lot 3 of Block 3 of the Townsite of
Aiton and running thence East, 135 feet; thence North, 250 feet; thence West,
135 feet; thence South, 250 feet to the place of beginning.
ALSO, Beginning 135 feet East of the Southwest corner of Lot 3 of Block 3 of
the Townsite of Aiton; and, running thence North, 250 feet; thence West, 135
Feet; thence North, 80 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of said Lot
3; thence East, 165 feet to the Northeast corner of the West half of said Lot
3; thence South, 330 feet; thence West, 30 feet more or less, to the point of
beginning.
5. The Quitclaim Deeds conveying the property to the trust was not property
defined as required by W.S. 34-2-122 (1977) in that the trustees were not
named and the date of the Trust was not shown. The date of the Trust is
April 1 0, 1997. The Trustees are Alvin L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson or
their successors in trust.
