KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Alvin L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson,
Trustees ofthe Alvin and Alice Robinson Family Trust dated April 10, 1997, does hereby
certify that mortgage bearing the date of ðgì;l) It; J 1-001 made and executed by
Phylis Nield Hillstead, as mortgagor(s) to Alvin L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson,
Trustees of the Alvin and Alice Robinson Family Trust dated April 10, 1997, as
mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment
of $345,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
May 8, 2007 in Book 657PR, Page 228 mortgaging the following described real estate in
said County, to wit:

Is, released, and discharged as to the aforementioned premises, and in consideration
thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the ~aid mortgagor the
premises described herein.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said
mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder
of the real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
