UTAH POWER & LIGHT COMPANY
ROAD EASEMENT
UTAH POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, a Utah Corporation, with its
principal place of business located at 1407 West North Temple, Salt
Lake City, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, GRANTOR, hereby CONVEYS
and GRANTS to AMOCO PRODUCTION COMPANY, for ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and
other Valuable consideration, a right of way for ingress and egress
for foot and vehicular traffic across the following described real
property:
A strip of land for a road easement, in the NE~
NW~ and NW~NE~ of Section 31, T.20 N., R.116
W., of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being 60 feet wide, 30 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
BEGINNING at a point on the North line of said
Section 31, S.89°41'00"W., 698.24 feet from the
Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter;

Said strip being 1107.06 feet or 67.09 rods in

This easement is granted subject to the understanding that
Grantee's use of the above described road right-of-way will not inter-
fere with Grantor's use or future use of the above described real pro-
perty.
Grantee will defend and indemnify and hold harmless the Grantor
from and against liability, damage, loss, costs, and expenses, including
attorney's fees, on account of injury or damage to persons or property
occurring or occasioned by facilities or equipment owned or controlled
