KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Bank of the West
, as Successor in Interest to Community First National Bank , a corporation,
does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing date the 16th Day of November 1998
made and executed by H N A Inc and H N A Utah Inc
, as mortgagor, to Community First National Bank
as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$ 2,500,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 19th day of
November 1998 , as Document No. 854878 in Book 421 of Mortgages,
at page 490 , and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
