KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Clealon D, Hyde and Elaine Hyde,
Trustees ofthe Clealon D. Hyde and Elaine Hyde Family Trust dated September 18,
1997, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of October 3,2003 made and
executed by Brad Leavitt and Selanie Leavitt, as mortgagor(s) to Clealon D. Hyde and
Elaine Hyde, Trustees of the Clealon D. Hyde and Elaine Hyde Family Trust dated
September 18, 1997 as mortgagee( s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment of$210,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded
in the office ofthe County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on November 10, 2003 in Book 541PR, Page 375, mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to wit:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township
33 North Range 118 West of the 6th P,M" Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part ofthat
tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 365PR on page 796,
described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of the said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter;
thence South 89°55'25" East, 263.68 feet, along the West line of said Northeast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter, to the Southwest point of said tract;
thence North 00°21'08" West, 163.81 feet, along the South line of said tract to the Point
of Beginning;
Thence North 00°21 '08" West, 516.34 feet, parallel with the West line of said Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, to a point on the Southwesterly right of way line
of U.S. Highway 89;
Thence South 41°48'04" East, 693.46 feet, along said Southwesterly right of way line to
a point;
Thence North 89°55'25" West, 459.05 feet, parallel with the South line of said Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, to the Point of Beginning,
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
