KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Clealon D. Hyde and
Elaine Hyde, Trustees of the Clealon b. and Elaine Hyde Family Revocable
Trust, dated the 18th day of September, 1997, in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is
hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and
quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, executors and
administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto Kirk Lee Merritt and

all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they
may have or ought to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit:

being all of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 121 of
Photostatic Records on page 420 and part of that tract of record in said Office in Book 402
of Photostatic Records on page 768, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest comer of said NWY..NW~, identical with the northwest
comer of said tract in Book 121;
thence South, 177.00 feet, along- the west line of said NW~NWY4, to the southwest point
of said tract;
thence N89°·27'-20"E, 243.74 feet, along the south line of said tract and an easterly
extension thereof, to a point at a fence corner;
thence NOO° -28' -52"E, 177.02 feet, along an existing fence line, to a spike on the north
line of said NWY..NW~;
thence S89°·27'-20"W, 245.22 feet, along said north line, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
