Clealon D. Hyde and Elaine Hyde, Trustees of the Clealon D. and Elaine Hyde Family
Revocable Trust dated September 18, 1997, grantors, of Auburn, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for
and in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in
hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to James
Lawrence Crandall, a single man, grantee, of 141 Stepping Stone, Irvine, CA 92603, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Tract No.1
That part of the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 35, T33N, R119W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 402 PR, page 768, as more particularly described on the attached
"Clealon Hyde Ranch Tract NO.1" which is incorporated herein by this reference.
Tract No.2
That part of the NE1/4 of Section 34, T33N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
more particularly described on the attached "Clealon Hyde Ranch Tract NO.2" which
is incorporated herein by this reference.

PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that a portion of said Tract No.2, namely the West 100
feet of the NE1/4NE1/4 in said Section 34, shall be held, sold and conveyed subject
to the following perpetual restrictive covenants which shall run with the land and be
binding on all parties having any right, title or interest in the land or any part thereof,
and their heirs, successors, and assigns: no building, structure, sign, or
improvement of any kind shall be erected, placed, or permitted to remain on the
land, and no excavation or other work which in any way alters the land from its
natural or improved state existing on the date of this warranty deed shall be erected,
placed, done, or permitted to remain on the land except for the construction of a
road for ingress and egress and for the installation of underground utilities.

ALL OF THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY, HOWEVER, consisting of
Tract NO.1 and Tract No.2, is SUBJECT to all covenants, easements, exceptions,

Elaine Hyde to me personally known, who, being by me duly sworn and put upon their oath, did say
that they are the trustees of the Clealon D. and Elaine Hyde Family Revocable Trust dated
September 18, 1997, described in and which executed the foregoing instrument; that said
instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustees had the authority under
the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said
trustees acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.
