This cause came on regularly this day for hearing. The plaintiffs appeared by Gerald L.
Goulding, their attorney. The defendants did not appear, either in person or by counsel in the time
allowed by law, and it appearing to this court that the defendants have been duly and regularly
served personally with complaint and summons or by publication in the Star Valley Independent, a
~eekly newspaper of general circulation in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, published in
Afton, Wyoming, and that a copy of the Notice of Suit was not mailed to the defendants by certified
mail restricted delivery because there is no known address for defendants, and addresses for
defendants cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained; that the time allowed by law for
answering or otherwise pleading has expired as of the 5th day of May, 2008, and the default of the
defendants is hereby duly entered, according to law; and the Court having heard the evidence and
having examined the proofs offered herein; and having fully considered the same, and having
found that the allegations of the Plaintiffs' Complaint are true, and by virtue of the law;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Plaintiffs, Robert A. Lee
and Jane Winslow 2000 Trust and Rob Lee, own and are in possession of, and at the
commencement of this suit owned and were in possession of the following described real property
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
Real property described in a warranty deed recorded in Book 137 PR, page 171,
to wit:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 1 in Block 28 of the Town of Afton, and
running thence West 20 rods; thence North 9 rods; thence East 2 rods; thence

North 3 rods; thence East 8 rods; thence South 2 rods; thence East 10 rods;
thence South 10 rods to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, real property described in a warranty deed recorded
in Book 203 PR, page 770, to-wit:
Parcel NO.1: Beginning at a point 124 feet West of the Southeast Corner of Lot 1
of Block 28 in the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence
West 121 feet; thence North 198 feet; thence East 80 feet; thence South 33 feet;
thence East 41 feet; thence South 165 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel NO.2: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 1 Block 28 of the Town of
Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence West 124 feet; thence North
5 rods; thence East 124 feet; thence South 5 rods to the point of beginning.
Parcel NO.3: Beginning at a point 10 rods South of the Northeast Corner of Lot 1,
Block 28 in the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence
South 5 rods; thence West 124 feet; thence North 5 rods; thence East 124 feet to
the point of beginning.
That· the defendants are found to have no right, title, interest, claim or demand in the
described real property; that the defendants are hereby forever debarred from asserting any right,
title, interest, claim or demand thereto, and title thereto is quieted in the Plaintiffs.
