for and in consideration Ten (10) Dollars and other valuable considerations in
hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUIT CLAIM
to: Joseph Henry Sender, Grantee, the following described real estate, situated
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:

BEGINNING at the B.L.M type Monument found marking the Southeast corner
of said NE1/4NW1/4 (CN1/16 of S10); thence N88° 49'12"W, along the South
line of saidNE1/4NW1/4, 734.20 feet to an Iron Pipe found at a point in the
Easterly Right-of-Way for U.S. Highway 89; thence N3 16'16"W, along said Right-
of-Way, 489.06 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Rebar found; thence S89° 24'37"E
108.64 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Rebar found at an existing fence corner;
thence S89° 13'23"E, along an existing East-West fence, 657.80 feet to an
Aluminum Cap on Rebar found at a fence corner; thence SOo 30'46"W 493.37

49'12 liE 357.85 feet to an Iron Pipe found; thence S100 34'00" E 124.33 feet, to
the True Point of Beginning, containing 1.000 Acre of land.
Being 7.452 Acres of land Total.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: A 40-feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, being
the South 40 feet, along the South line of the above described parcel for Ingress,
Egress over and across the existing roadway.
