For value received, James W. Olson ("Grantor"), hereby grants to Rocky Mountain
Power, a division of PacifiCorp, an Oregon Corporation, its successors and assigns, ("Grantee"),
an easement for a right of way 10 feet in width and .. feet in length, more or less, for the
construction, reconstruction, operation, maintenance, repàir, replacement,. enlargement, and
removal of electric power transmission, distribution and communication lines and all necessary
or desirable accessories and appurtenances thereto, including without limitation: supporting
towers, poles, props, guys and anchors, including guys and anchors outside of the right of way;
wires, fibers, cables and other conductors and conduits therefor; and pads, transformers,
switches, vaults and cabinets, along the general course now located by Grantee on, over, or under
the surface of the real property of Grantor in Lincoln County, State of -. more

Together with the right of access to the right of way trom adjaceqt lands of Grantor for
all activities in connection with the purposes for which this easement has been granted; and
together with the present and (without payment therefor) the future right to keep the right of way
and adjacent lands clear of all brush, trees, timber, structures, buildings and other hazards which
might endanger Grantee's facilities or impede Grantee's activities.
At no time shall Grantor place, use or permit any equipment or material of any kind that
exceeds twelve (12) feet in height, light any fires, place or store any flammable materials (other
than agricultural crops), on or within the boundaries of the right of way. Subject to the foregoing

EASEMENT OLSON
An easement for a power line through a particular parcel of land described and recorded in book
638 on page 603, on file at the Lincoln County Courthouse. Said parcel being an unplatted
; . portion of Tracts 38 K, 38 L, and 107 and within the SE i SE i of Section 36 all of the
resurvey of T.21 N., R.116W., of the 6th P.M., City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming. Said
easement being 10.0 feet in width, 5.0 feet each side of the following described centerline. The
,
boundarys of said easement extends to and are truncated Dy' the the boundary of that particular
parcel of land described and recorded in book 638 on page 603.

Commencing at the common south corner of Sections 35 and 36 of the resurvey of T,21 N.,
R..116W., of the 6th P.M., Lincoln Courthouse Wyoming where is found a standard U.S.G.l.O. brass
cap: Thence N89'S7'30"W, 500.00 feet to a point on the south boundary line of said Section 35
where is found a 2" diameter aluminum cap on a ~" rebar with the being stamped 'CCI, PELS
5465, 2006; Thence N6g·13'22"E. 2037.71 feet to the Point of Beginning of this description.
Thence N84'S3'22"E, 164.88 feet to the point of terminus of this description: Said point of terimus
being a point on the common boundary of a particular parcel of land described and filed in book
638 on page 603 on file at the Lincoln County Courthouse and the southwest Right-of-Way of
U,S. Highway 30. The length of the easement described herein being 164.88 feet in length.

ADDENDUM TO RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
For value received this Addendum to the right of way easement granted by
James W. Olson, "Grantor" to Rocky Mountain Power, a division of PacifiCorp,
an Oregon corporation, "Grantee" dated ...-d.J..-;a zpo[!., '2ðð7 . is
agreed to by the parties and is made a part of said easement a follows:
1. Grantor may build, erect and maintain a four strand barbed wire property
line fence across the easement, provided that said fence does not endanger or
interfere with Grantee's facilities. Grantor will provide reasonable access to
Grantee's facilities and Grantee agrees not to interfere with said fence without
the express permission of the Grantor during the normal operation and
maintenance of Grantee's facilities. In emergency situations Grantee may cut
said fence, provided Grantor is notified at the earliest opportunity and the
Grantee shall be responsible for damage to Grantor.
2. Grantee shall at all times wrap or otherwise protect all guys and other
property to protect livestock.
