Val D. Pendleton and Shelley 1. Pendleton, Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship,
Grantors, whose address is "555 Stone Creek Lane, Thayne, WY 83127, for and in consideration
of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, convey and warrant to Val D.
Pendleton and Shelley Pendleton, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the PLC Trust
dated December 21, 2006, for the benefit of Val D. Pendleton and Shelley Pendleton and their
heirs, Grantee, whose address is 555 Stone Creek Lane, Thayne, WY 83127, the following
described real estate:
The property described on Book 570 PR, Page 60, Document Number 903734
on record with the Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk and more particularly
described on the Warranty Deed attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby
covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are
free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.

Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
This Corrective Warranty Deed corrects the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 645, Page
858 as Document No. 925956 by attaching the Warranty Deed that was omitted in the previous
document.
