KNOW ALL MEN BY These Presents, that the Grantor (s), DEBORAH ANN
SENDER for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY
AND QUIT CLAIM to: JOSEPH HENRY SENDER, Grantee, the following described
real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the
State, to wit:

to the Town of Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent to more
correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
in Book 76 of Photostatic Records on page 120, as follows:
BEGINNING at an ILC rebar at the Intersection of the westerly right-of-way line of
Sawmill Road, formally known as Mill Road, with the south line of the Greys River
Village Second Addition to the Town of Alpine of record in said Office as Plat No.
227-B, N54° -50" -40"W, 864.94 feet from the southeast corner of said
N1/2SE1/4 also being, S57° -43E-42E, 5.08 feet, from the southerly most point of
Lot 25 of said Greys River Village Second Addition:
Thence S24° -14'-35" W, 172.29 feet, along said westerly right-of-way line, to a
point,
Thence N59° -59' -55"W, 179.26 feet along the northerly line of West Loop Road
as shown on the Robert Louis Stout Subdivision Plat of record in said Office as Plat
No. 170, to a pipe.
