KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Deborah Ann Sender, Grantor (s),
for and in consideration Ten (10) Dollars and other valuable considerations in
hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUIT CLAIM
to: Joseph Henry Sender, Grantee, the following described real estate, situated
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
That part of the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 31, T37N Rl18W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly describe Parcel #1 of that
instrument of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in
Book 656 of Photostatic Records on page 264 and 265, described as follows:

line of U.S. Highway 89;
