corporation, Grantor, for Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand
paid, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND W ARRANTS ~

Beach, Florida, Grantee, the following described real estate situated in the County of Teton, State
of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing under and by vÍ1iue of the Homestead Exemption
Laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:

appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging, subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, rights and
rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
Grantor shall mId will specially walTant that the title to the aforesaid propeliy is free from
defects or encumbrances created or sutIered by Grantor and will forever defend the propeliy
conveyed by the within deed, and every part thereof, against every person lawfully claiming the
same, or any part thereof, by, through, or under Grantor, and nQ other.
This Special Warranty Deed is executed to correct a sc~vener's error with respect to the
name of the Grmitee in that certain Wananty Deed tiled at Book 681, Page 704 in the records of
the County Clerk for ~incoln County, Wyoming.
