hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of

County, Wyoming.
Together with all singular improvements or thereunto appertaining.
Purported Common Address: 213 Mica, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, covenants, reservations
and restrictions of record or visible upon inspection.
