80111, does hereby make the following statement of facts:
1. That the Preston Lands, LLC is an owner of the land described under the Certificate of
Surveyor on the plat titled, "MCKIM ADDITION AMENDED TO THE TOWN OF
THAYNE IN THE NEl/4 SECTION 23 T34N R1l9W LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING", dated 21 February 2008, as revised and recorded concurrently herewith as
Instrument No. C¡JCJ O&::J
2. That Ronald L. McKim, as manager has reviewed said plat.
3. That he has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Owner thereon and the
implications thereof.
4. That this certificate is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original of said
plat had been signed.
