estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
PARCEL 1:
The Lot No. Two (2) of the Block No. Four (4) in the
Lincoln Heights 3rd Subdivision to the Town of Kemmerer,
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
PARCEL 2:
Lots 33 and 28, Unit C-3, Commissary Ranch Subdivision,
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
