KAL Y DON SELLERS, Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to
SCOIT D. WlllTE herein after called GRANTEES, together with their heirs, successors and assigns a
perpetual 10 feet wide UTILITY EASEMENT, for the following purposes and under the following
conditions:
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT. A portion of the property referred to in the Deed recorded, with
Receiving No. 909075, in Book 587, on Page 649, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within the NEl/4SEl/4 of section 23, T34N, R1l9W, of the 6th P.M., Thayne, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being the West 10 feet of the said property.
PURPOSE OF EASEMENT. This Right-of-Way Easement is to be for Underground Utilities to
benefit the property as described for the Scott D. White property, as referred to in the Deed recorded"
with Document No. 884009, in Book 498PR, on Page 124, with said Office of the Clerk of Lincoln '.;
County, Wyoming.

EASEMENT CONDITIONS. The easement is subject to the following conditions:
A. The Easement is for Installation and Maintenance of Underground Utilities only, unless
otherwise agreed to in writing.

EASEMENT RUNS WITH THE LAND, The easement created herein shall run with the land as
identified in PURPOSE OF EASEMENT above.
