KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that LDL, PROPERTIES, LLC, a
Wyoming Close Limited Liability Company, Tom Lewis, Manager, GRANTORS, for
and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in
hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remise, releases and forever
quits claim unto LDL PROPERTIES, LLC, Tom Lewis, Manager, GRANTEES, its
successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described
property:
Lot 2 of the Cedar Springs Meadows Subdivision as described below:
A portion of land located in the Southeast Corner of a parcel of land as
referred to in the deed recorded in Book 419 PR 744 and Book 419 PR
746, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming within the
Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 34
North Range 119 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the
metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a 5/8" rebar with cap labeled, PE/LS 698 marking of the
Lloyd B. Baker PEILS 698 2004 location for the Northeast Corner of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 1; thence
North 88°52'33" West along the north line of said Southwest Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter 570.01 feet to a 5/8" rebar with cap labeled PElLS
698 marking the Southeast Corner of the Woolley Property as referred to
in the deed recorded in Book 440 PR 209, with said Office; thence North
00°33 '07" East parallel to the east line of the Southwest Quarter of said
Section 1, along the east line of said Woolley Property 302.00 feet to a
5/8" rebar with cap labeled PE/LS 698, marking the Northwest Corner of
said Woolleey Property; thence leaving said line South 88°52'33" East
160.15 feet to a 5/8" rebar with cap labeled, A.A. Hudson, PLS 3442,
thence North 52°49'47" East 135.65 feet to a 5/8" rebar with cap labeled,
PLS 3442; thence South 37° 10' 13" East 24.50 feet to a 5/8" rebar with
cap labeled, PLS 3442; thence North 52°49'47" East 357.87 feet to a 5/8"
rebar with cap labeled, PLS 3442 set on the south right-of-way (R/W) line
of Cedar Springs Drive; thence along said R/W South 88°38'38" East 4.50
feet to a 5/8" rebar with cap labeled, PLS 3442 set on the west line of said
property; thence leaving said R/W line South 00°33' 17" West along the
west line of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 1
588.59 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 5.25 acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: ALL Easements, Exceptions,
Reservations, Restrictions, Rights-of-Way and Improvements of sight andlor
record.
