Baker PEILS 698 2004 location for the Northeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 1; thence North 88°52'33" West along the north line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter 570.01 feet to a 5/8" rebar with cap labeled PElLS 698 marking the Southeast Corner of the Woolley Property as referred to in the deed recorded in Book 440 PR 209, with said Office; thence North 00°33 '07" East parallel to the east line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 1, along the east line of said Woolley Property 302.00 feet to a 5/8" rebar with cap labeled PE/LS 698, marking the Northwest Corner of said Woolleey Property; thence leaving said line South 88°52'33" East 160.15 feet to a 5/8" rebar with cap labeled, A.A. Hudson, PLS 3442, thence North 52°49'47" East 135.65 feet to a 5/8" rebar with cap labeled, PLS 3442; thence South 37° 10' 13" East 24.50 feet to a 5/8" rebar with cap labeled, PLS 3442; thence North 52°49'47" East 357.87 feet to a 5/8" rebar with cap labeled, PLS 3442 set on the south right-of-way (R/W) line of Cedar Springs Drive; thence along said R/W South 88°38'38" East 4.50 feet to a 5/8" rebar with cap labeled, PLS 3442 set on the west line of said property; thence leaving said R/W line South 00°33' 17" West along the west line of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 1 588.59 feet to the Point of Beginning.
