1. That they are owners of the land described under the Certificate of Surveyor on the plat

ALPINE, BEING PART OF LAKEVIEW ESTATES INCORPORATED TRACT (A)
WITHIN THE INCORPORTED LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF ALPINE WITHIN THE
S1I2SE1I4 SECTION 29 T37N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 29
November 2007, and recorded concurrently herewith.
2. That they have reviewed said plat.
3. That they have read and understand the provisions of the Certificate of Owner thereon and
the implications thereof.
4. That this certificate is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original mylar
of said plat had been signed.
