Re'cording No. 919726, conveying the above-described real property is hereby stated to be as
follows: Brian 0, Parks and Harriett M. Parks, and their successors, Trustees of the Brian and
Harriett Parks Family Trust dated June 15, 2006. The beneficiary of this trust is Harriett M. Parks.

4. That she is a beneficiary of the trust referred to, that Brian D. Parks became
deceased on January 20, 2008, and that upon the death of Brian D. Parks, she became the sole
surviving trustee of the Brian and Harriett Parks Family Trust dated June 15, 2006.
5. That as of January 20, 2008, the date of death of Brian D. Parks, Harriett M. Parks
became the sole surviving trustee of the Brian and Harriett Parks Family Trust dated June 15,
2006, including its ownership of the real property described above, and that she is currently lawfully
serving in that capacity.
6, That she hereby verifies that the information contained in this affidavit is true and
correct according to her information and belief.
