KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that LA VONNE MA YE CASSIDY, a married
person; TIMOTHY JOSEPH CASSIDY, a married person; and ERIC SCOTT CASSIDY, a married
person; whose address is 1352 Uinta Drive, City of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum often dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
QUITCLAIMS to LTEENTERPRISES, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, whose
address is 1352 Uinta Drive, City of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantee, all
interest presently owned or hereafter acquired in and to the following described real estate, situate
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
ofthe Homestead Exemption Laws ofthe State of Wyoming, to-wit:

A portion of Tract 42, Resurveyed, T21N, R116W ofthe 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of an existing highway, said point being
S 0°13'31" W, 1991.33 feet along the Tract line and S 76°49'06" E, 245.73 feet from
Comer #1, Tract 45, T21NR116W, and running thence N 13°13'51" E, 350.00 feet;
thence East 512.59 feet to the West right of way line of U.S. Highway 30;
thence S 17"12'00" E, 389.43 feet along said right of way line;
thence S 85°12'12" W, 131.87 feet to the point of tangency with a 1,849.86 foot
radius curve to the right;
thence westerly along the arc of said curve 580.45 feet through a central angle of
17"58'42" to the point of beginning.

A portion of that parcel of land described in Book 175PR on Page 155 on file in the
Office ofthe Lincoln County Clerk at Kemmerer, Wyoming being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast comer of said parcel described in said Book 175PR on
Page 155, said point being at the Intersection of the westerly right of way of U.S.
Highway 30 North and the northerly right of way line of U.S. Highway 189;
thence S 85°12'12" W, along the northerly right of way line of said U.S. Highway
189,31.44 feet to the point of beginning of this description;
thence N 17"12'00" W, 360.71 feet;
thence West 225.00 feet;
thence S 02°57'13" W, 357.47 feet to a point on the northerly right of way line of said
Highway 189;
thence easterly along the northerly right of way line of said Highway 189 along the
arc of a curve to the left through a central angle of 07"45'01 "a distance'of250.23 feet
to the point of tangency, the radius of said curve being 1,849.86 feet;
thence N 85"12'12" E a distance of 100.43 feet.
ALSO, LESS AND EXCEPT the following described land:
Point of beginning being the Intersection of right of way of westerly Highway 30 N
and northerly Highway 189, Tract 45, Resurvey, of said township and range and
running thence N 85°12'12" 31.44 feet;
