NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT FOR DEED
KNOW THAT, STATELINE ESTATES, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Assignor",
in consideration ofTEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration
paid by L. D. & Susan Frome Trust udt 21 March 1989, hereinafter referred to as
"Assignee", hereby assigns unto Assignee, the CONTRACT FOR DEED, hereinafter
referred to as "The Contract", made by STATELINE ESTATES, LLC, (PAUL C.
JENKINS, MANAGER), and recorded as a NOTICE OF CONTRACT FOR DEED
on 3/23/2007 as Instrument Number 927802, in Book 652, Page 131, in the official
records of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, covering premises
Unit 504 of Building 500, Stateline Condominiums, Freedom, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as described on the official plat thereof filed in the land records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
Including and together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances,
and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way, and
easements of sight and/or of record.
TOGETHER with all rights of Assignor described in The Contract, and all monies due
and to grow due thereon with the interest;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Assignee and to his successors, legal
representatives and assigns of the Assignee, forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Assignor has duly executed this Assignment on the
