consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to THE IVAN S. JOHNS AND JEAN R. JOHNS FAMILY TRUST, dated
March 24, 2000, IVAN S. JOHNS and JEAN R. JOHNS, Trustees, grantees of County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the folloyving described real estate situated in County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
