filed on February 5, 1975 as instrument No. 463655 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
ALSO, that part of Cut-Throat Drive being part of the Narrows Vista Subdivision of record in
the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 161, within the Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 33 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 2 of said Subdivision on the Southeasterly right-
of-way line of said Cut-Throat Drive;
thence Nòrth 54°31'41" West, 30.00 feet to a point on the center-line of said Cut-Throat Drive;
thence along said center-line as follows;
thence North 35°28'19" East, 180.53 feet to a point;
thence Northeasterly, 99.09 feet along a circular curve to the right through a central angle of
18°53'43" and radius of 300.475 feet to a point; and LEAVE SAID CENTER-LINE
