Beginning at the Nelson Engineering PE/LS 578, 1981 location for the Southeast Corner of
the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, of said Township 36 North,
Range 119 West;
thence North 0°51 '23" East, along the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter 984.64 feet to a Point, said Point being 341.97 feet, South 0°51'23" West, along said
East line, from the United States Department of Interior - Bureau of Land Management
1973, location for the Northeast Corner of said Northeast Quarter ofthe Northeast Quarter;
thence North 90°00'00" East 6.65 feet to a Point in the Center Line of the Perpetual Right -of-Way Easement, as
referred to in the Easement recorded with Document No. 865852, in Book 445PR, on Page 2, with said Office;

Northwest Quarter, of said Section 24;
thence North 89°54'16" West, along said North line, 430.88 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
