WHEREAS, Roy L. Long, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc" as nominee for GMAC Mortgage
Corporation, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that
certain mortgage dated July 28, 2006 (the "Mortgage"), and duly recorded in the
records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and
for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on August 2, 2006, at Reception No.
920871 in Book 628 at Page 572,
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
GMAC Mortgage Corporation, acting under a power of sale contained in the
Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described
real property on January 15, 2008, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public
vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage
Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for GMAC Mortgage Corporation ("Successful Bidder") made the
highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$229,942,68, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on January 15, 2008 ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on January 15,
2008, at Reception No. 936267 in Book 683 at Page 899;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated April 28, 2008 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the 3 day of .J L(llf

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL
MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is International Plaza II, 14221
Dallas Parkway, Ste, 1000, Dallas, TX 752542916, its successors and assigns,
all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 1 of the Kennington Circle Addition to the Town of
Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof
with an address of
195 N. 9th Avenue, Afton, WY 83110-0000
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
