Christine Hedstrom, am the Manager of Hidden Creek, LC, a Wyoming
Limited Liability Company, whose address is 101382 U.S. Highway
89, Thayne, WY 83127, being duly sworn on oath according to law do
hereby make the following statement of facts and affirm:
That I, Christine Hedstrom, the Manager of Hidden Creek, LLC, a
Wyoming Limited Liability Company, am an owner and proprietor of
real property shown hereon, as referred to in the Deed recorded
with Receiving Number 936306, in Book 684, on Page 90, with the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the
SE1/4SW1/4, of Section 11, T34N, Rl19W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
That the Subdivision from this property is with our free consent
and desires.
That the name of the subdivision shall be Hidden Creek, the
Boundary and Encumbrances, being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the HGRR Group, LLC property,
as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No. 882144, in
Book 493PR, on Page 222, with said Office, said Point of Beginning
being 349.59 feet S89°00'40"E, along the North line of the
NE1!4NW1!4 of Section 14, of said T34N, Rl19W from the Marlowe A.
Scherbel PLS 5368, 1991 location for the Northwest Corner of said
NEl/4NW1/4;
thence NOoOl'09"E, along the East line of said HGRR Group
property, 198.22 feet to the Northeast corner thereof;
thence N89°00'40"W, along the North line if said HGRR Group
property, 336.96 feet to a Point in the East line of U.S. Highway
89;
thence NOo34'59"E, along said East line 140.07 feet to a Point in
the South line of the Simpson property, as referred to in the Deed
recorded with Recorder's No. 340633, in Book 29PR, on Page 424,
with said Office;
thence S89°00'40"E, along said South line, 1,226.98 feet to a
Point in the Toe of the West Bank of the East Side Canal;
thence Southerly, along said Toe, the following:

Point of Beginning, containing 5 Subdivision Lots, Encompassing
8.17± Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: ALL Easements, Exceptions,
Restrictions, Reservations, Rights-of-Way, Improvements and
Conditions of sight and or record, including but not limited to
those shown hereon.
That RESERVING unto the Grantor the Right to Grant the use of
Hidden Creek Lane, for Ingress, Egress, and Utilities to
additional Invitees, in the future.
That Hidden Creek Lane and Hidden Creek Drive, for Ingress,
Egress, and Utilities, and the Utilities Right-of-Way Easements,
as shown hereon, are and shall be granted to the owners,
successors, and assigns of each lot as affected.
That all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption
Laws of the State of Wyoming are hereby released.
That this Affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same
affect as if the original Mylar Plat of said Subdivision had been
signed.
