COMES NOW Claimant, WHITE MOUNTAIN LUMBER & BUILDING
MATERIALS, INC., a Wyoming corporation, and states that it provided materials at the real
property and premises described hereinbelow pursuant to an agreement between Claimant herein
and KEMMERER BLM, LLC. To establish its lien against said real property and improvements
and pursuant to Wyoming Statute § 29-1-101 et sec. and § 29-2-101 et sec., the following
information is provided:
1. The name and address of the Claimant is WHITE MOUNTAIN LUMBER &
BUILDING MATERIALS, INC., P.O. Box 760, 270 East Flaming Gorge Way, Green River,
Wyoming 82935.
2, The amount claimed to be due and owing is Thirty-two Thousand One Hundred
Sixty-one and 95/100 Dollars ($32,161.95) together with interest thereon at a reasonable rate per
annum, ongoing costs and attorney fees.
3. The names and address of the person and the entity against whose property the
lien is filed is as follows:

4. Materials provided by Claimant at the subject property include but is not limited

5. This lien claim is made pursuant to an agreement to provide materials and entered
into between Claimant herein and KEMMERER BLM, LLC.
6. The materials furnished at the premises by the Claimant herein was during the
period from December 3rd, 2007 through March 14\\ 2008.
7. The legal description of the real property and premises where the materials were
furnished, and against which this claim is made, is more particularly described on Exhibit "B"
attached hereto,
8. Lien Claimant furnished materials at the premises pursuant to an agreement with
the contractor listed in paragraph 5 above.
