Kristin S. Parker, a single person, Grantor, whose address is 1961 Lost Creek Road,
Thayne, Wyoming 83127 for and in consideration of other valuable consideration and ten dollars
($10) in hand paid, conveys and warrants to Kristin S. Parker, Trustee, or her successors in trust,
under the Kristin S. Parker Living Trust dated June 2, 2008, for the benefit of Kristin S. Parker
and her heirs, Grantee, whose address is 1961 Lost Creek Road, Thayne, Wyoming 83127the
following described real estate:
That Property described on the attached Exhibit A entitled: "Legal
Description Exhibit A"
Subject to Declaration of Covenants, conditions and Restrictions of Records.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantor hereby
covenants with the said Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are
free from encumbrances; and Grantor warrants the title thereto against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
