following described real estate situate in Uncoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving a1 rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State to-wit:

the Stoner-Kinney First Addition to the Town of Cokeville, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof together with all
buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto
together with the right of ingress and egress over and across tM fol/owing
described land:
A strip of land ten feet in width being the west ten feet of the east 41.2 feet
of said Lot 7 of Block 1
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.
