Ten and NO/lOO ($10.00) dollars, and other good and valuable consideration, the following
described real property located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat One, Lot 294, as platted and recorded in the
Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
SUBJECT TO easements, rights of way, restrictions, and reservations of record and those
eIÛorceable in law and equity.
